The Company has a total of 44 permenant staff in its employment with a board that comprises the following management staff.

Chief Benjamin A. Chinemelu
Chief Chinemelu holds a B. Sc in Business Administration. Having been in the business of distributive trade, import and export of different kinds of products in Nigera for more than two decades, he presides over the board of the company as the Chairman and Chief Executive officer of Chinbell Industries Limited.
He is a seasoned professional and has held several management positions of different organisations.

Mrs. Comfort O. Chinemelu
As a well experienced marketer and business executive, Mrs. Comfort is presently a director in the company and she is the head of marketing and branch operations.
She hold a B.Sc in Political Science and MBA in Business Managemnt.

Mr. Owofadeju Ibukun Samuel
Mr. Owofadeju is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
He is presently the Senior Manager in charge of the accounts department.
As a professional Accountant, he is the officer in charge of managing all records of the company's account.

Miss Chinwendu Osigwe
Miss Osigwe is the Personal Assistant to the Chairman and COE. She takes charge of the general administration of the office of the chairman.
She is a professional administrator with OND in Secretarial Studies and B.Sc. in Accounting.

Mr. Moses Uba
As a professional in public relations and personnel management, he is the Marketing Manager of the company. Through his special skills as an aggressive marketer, he has greatly contributed to the growth of the company.
He has a B.Sc. in Industrial Relation and Personnel Management.

Miss Gertrude Ifeoma Nnozirim
A B.Sc. graduate in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Miss Ifeoma is the assistant accountant of the company.
Having served the company for long at different positions, her contributions have taken the company to greater heights.
